Jaimie Weber, MBA-HM, MSN-Ed, RN, PHN, NEA-BC, CCRN, CNOR

System Director, Perioperative Services, Alameda Health System

Jaimie is currently leading as the System Director of Perioperative Services at Alameda Health System where she oversees the complete operational and nursing function across the Perioperative Service line for multiple safety net hospitals in Alameda County. She currently is the AORN Health Equity Task Force Chair, AORN Chapter 0513 Board member, and a 2024-25 Cohort Mentor for Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL).

 Jaimie Weber is a passionate healthcare nursing leader who is dedicated to building strong team cultures and fostering change to better healthcare for the underserved community. Her experience spans diverse nursing specialties and service lines.

 Before Alameda Health System, Jaimie grew the gender affirming and robotic surgical programs for a Bay Area Hospital. Her team was awarded the OR Excellence Award for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion 2023 by Outpatient Surgery Magazine. She was also a contributing member of the 2023 AORN Task for Care of the Transgender Patient. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, she also stepped to plan and execute the reopening of a Los Angeles hospital location that had been closed for 4 years to support growing healthcare demands.

 Jaimie earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Education, and a Bachelor of Nursing from Western Governors University. She is also leveraging multiple licenses and certifications including RN and PHN licenses Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Critical Care RN, Certified Operating Room RN, and is Board Certified-Nurse Executive, Advanced. 

In her personal life, she is proud to be wife of 21 years to her husband, Keneth Weber, and mother to two amazing humans, Hanson and Markey Weber. She also enjoys her rescue pets; dogs, Clyde and Gus, Gerald the cat, and Stewie the bunny.
