Work at AORN

We appreciate different perspectives and transferable skills.

Who We Are

Our mission is to define, support, and advocate for patient and staff safety through exemplary practice for each phase of perioperative nursing care using evidence-based guidelinescontinuing education and clinical practice resources.

We are always on the lookout for great talent, whether you’re a perioperative nursing professional who is passionate about improving patient safety, or a non-nursing professional who can support AORN’s mission in other ways. No experience in health care? No problem! We appreciate different perspectives and transferable skills. AORN is committed to building a diversified staff, reflective of the community we serve and invites all qualified applicants to apply.

We have been recognized as a “Top Workplace” by The Denver Post, and as a “Top Healthcare Company” by Becker’s Hospital Review for multiple years in a row, and our employee engagement scores are consistently in the highest category. We believe it is important to provide the support needed for our employees to thrive personally and professionally. This includes providing a comprehensive benefits package, employee perks and personal well-being resources to promote positive physical and mental wellness.
