Just when you thought you had a handle on how to best manage and balance the expectations and work styles of Boomers, Millennials, and Gen Xers, along came Generation Z. And yes, they really are a different breed than those who came before but lumping them in with the Millennials is a mistake. They’re a distinct cohort with their own set of values, communication preferences, and expectations around what they want work to look and feel like.
