I’m Registered, Now What?
We’re thrilled to welcome you to AORN Expo 2025, the largest gathering of perioperative professionals! As you prepare for your trip to Boston, April 5–8, 2025, here are some key tips to ensure you make the most of your experience.
There’s an App for That
The AORN Expo app is THE go-to resource for all conference happenings. Build your schedule, map out which exhibitors to visit, claim your CH, find resources, and connect with other attendees. Download it for free on Apple and Android devices.
- Enter the email address used for your conference registration
- Check your inbox for a 4-digit PIN code that will be sent
- Enter the PIN code and set up a new password
- If you have the 2024 Expo app it is best practice to uninstall it before downloading the 2025 version
- Make sure you have your Apple or Android app store credentials to download it
- Allow the app to access your camera to play Expo Quest
Plan Your Schedule Like a Pro
AORN Expo is packed with education sessions, hands-on workshops, networking events, and exhibit hall experiences. Check out the daily agenda and speaker bios in advance to customize your experience.
Calling First-Time Attendees
When you arrive in Boston, be sure to visit the first-time attendee lounge, where ambassadors will be available to address any questions, you may have. The lounge will be located in the North Lobby on Level 1 of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

Lunch on Us: Fuel Up in the Expo Hall
Don’t miss the Expo Hall Concession Vouchers in your attendee bag. Look for an envelope with a photo of the Convention Center in your attendee bag. The vouchers are redeemable on Monday & Tuesday during Expo Hall hours at the Brookline Bistro, located behind the Career Cetner in the Expo Hall.
Stay Hydrated
Be sure to pack your favorite reusable water bottle. Bottle filling stations will be available throughout the Convention Center.

- Escape Room: A “HOT” New Way to Engage Learners - Experience a new way to engage learners by participating in this virtual escape room. Can you save your patient before the time runs out? This thrilling challenge requires critical thinking and teamwork. All sessions are now full.
- Operating Room Odyssey: A Surgical Escape - Session is Full Create interactive education for your staff. Walk away with a ready-to-use education module focused on RSI (or work with facilitators to bring your own topic to life.) This session is intended for educators. Advanced registration is required. Attendees must bring a laptop with PowerPoint software and a power cord. All sessions are now full.

Getting Around
Make sure you find your way to the right convention center, Boston has TWO. AORN Expo will take place at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in the Seaport District, 415 Summer Street.
