Recruitment and Retention Tool Kit
Purpose
Perioperative leaders continue to face challenges with effective recruitment and retention of perioperative RNs amid the ongoing nursing shortage. Effective recruitment and retention strategies in the perioperative environment are essential to maintain proper staffing that supports safe perioperative patient care. Directors, managers, educators, administrators, and other interested health care professionals will benefit by using the online collection of resources to support effective recruitment and retention of perioperative RNs.
The purpose of the Recruitment and Retention Tool Kit is to provide a collection of resources to leaders responsible for perioperative staffing.
