Make sure the browser history is cleared. The browser might be caching a page from a previous student’s account.
To clear your browser history, follow the instructions at these links. You might need to ask your IT dept to clear the history.

The student must:
- Pass posttest by scoring 80% or above.
- Exit the module by clicking the exit button within the module.
If that does not work, close out of the AORN Learning Center (ALC) and log back in. The module completion indicator should have turned green.
NOTE: Sometimes, due to individual browser connectivity issues, the transcript will show the passing score but not show the module as completed. This happens with fewer than 3% of all completions. The problem will be corrected by 4 am the next day.
If you need the module complete before the next day or, if after 24 hours the module does not show as completed, contact AORN Experience Services at [email protected].
Make sure the browser history is cleared. Sometimes browsers cache web pages and continue to return to them.

Also, try the steps above under" Modules will not show as completed."
If the student completes all the required modules in the package before completing the optional QSEN module, then it will not show as completed. If it is necessary for your facility to have the module show as completed, contact AORN Experience Services at [email protected].
If an Admin completes a student module after they have completed both the Implementation Guide and Evaluation, the student module will not show as completed. This is because completing those two items identifies the package as finished. Admins do not earn any contact hours for completing the student modules.
Make sure that the correct year or All is selected in the Grades for year dropdown box.
After a student passes a module posttest with a score of at least 80%, the score is locked in. Students can retake the posttest, but the original passing score will not change on the transcript.
Call AORN Experience Services right away at 800-755-2676. The data is probably slow to appear on the transcript. AORN can contact our vendor to have it expedited.
Make sure that the student has completed the Final Exam Evaluation.
