Regardless of your profession it’s important to know your worth. It helps you negotiate salary and benefits as you determine your career path, as you consider a job change, and when you decide whether that new certification or advanced degree might make a difference in your future.

The AORN Salary Survey, conducted annually, provides the most complete perioperative nurse salary data available in the U.S. The results of the survey provide perioperative nurses with an in-depth look at multiple data points that include facility type, geographic location, specialty areas, education and certification and, of course, salary ranges and benefits.

The ultimate value of the survey is dependent on a high level of participation from AORN members. Our members represent all work settings, education and experience levels and your input is important to the end result.

The AORN survey will be distributed to all members via email this week. We hope you will participate and add to its value for yourself and your AORN community. Your responses are confidential and will be aggregated by category only.
