California Governor Vetoes Surgical Smoke Bill
Governor Jerry Brown vetoed Assembly bill 402, which would have required California’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health to develop a regulation requiring the evacuation of surgical smoke in health facilities.

AORN Guideline for Surgical Attire
