Laparoskopická cholecystektómia (LC) je liečba žlčových kameňova iných ochorení žlčníka. Hoci sa LC stala veľmi rozšíreným zákrokom, ktorý sa často vykonáva ambulantne, stále predstavuje pre pacienta riziká. Každý člen perioperačného tímu vrátane zdravotných sestier, chirurgických technikov a odborníkov na sterilné spracovanie zohráva kľúčovú úlohu pri optimalizácii bezpečnosti a účinnosti LC. V rámci tejto vzdelávacej aktivity sa bude diskutovať o výskyte a prevalencii symptomatických žlčových kameňov, o kľúčových chirurgických technikách zavedených na zaistenie bezpečného odstránenia žlčníka a o kritických bezpečnostných aspektoch a činnostiach týkajúcich sa renovovania laparoskopických nástrojov a chirurgických pomôcok, ako sú klipy na cystické kanály, ktoré pomáhajú každému pacientovi podstupujúcemu LC vyhnúť sa komplikáciám a dosiahnuť optimálny pooperačný výsledok.

A colecistectomia laparoscópica (CL) é o tratamento ideal para cálculos biliares e outras doenças da vesícula biliar. Embora se tenha tornado um procedimento muito comum, efetuado com frequência em ambiente ambulatorial, a CL ainda apresenta riscos para o doente. Cada elemento da equipa perioperatória, incluindo enfermeiros, técnicos cirúrgicos e profissionais de processamento estéril, desempenha um papel crucial na otimização da segurança e da eficácia da CL. La cholécystectomie laparoscopique (CL) est le traitement de choix pour les calculs biliaires et autres maladies de la vésicule biliaire. Si la CL est devenue une procédure très courante, souvent pratiquée en ambulatoire, elle n'en présente pas moins des risques pour le patient. Chaque membre de l'équipe péri-opératoire, y compris les infirmières, les techniciens en chirurgie et les agents de stérilisation, joue un rôle essentiel dans l'optimisation de la sécurité et de l'efficacité de la CL. Tento vzdělávací kurz se bude zabývat výskytem a prevalencí symptomatických žlučových kamenů, klíčovými operačními technikami zavedenými k zajištění bezpečného odstranění žlučníku a kritickými bezpečnostními aspekty a činnostmi pro obnovu laparoskopických nástrojů a chirurgických materiálů – jako jsou klipy na vývod žlučníku –, které pomáhají pacientům po LC vyhnout se komplikacím a dosáhnout optimálního pooperačního výsledku.

Sebbene sia ormai una procedura molto comune, spesso eseguita in contesti ambulatoriali, presenta comunque dei rischi per il paziente. Ogni membro dell’équipe perioperatoria, inclusi infermieri professionali, strumentisti e addetti alla sterilizzazione, svolge un ruolo fondamentale nell’ottimizzazione della sicurezza e dell’efficacia della CL. Questa attività formativa tratterà l’incidenza e la prevalenza della calcolosi biliare sintomatica, le tecniche chirurgiche chiave stabilite per garantire una rimozione sicura della cistifellea nonché le attività e gli aspetti critici legati alla sicurezza per la rigenerazione degli strumenti laparoscopici e il materiale chirurgico, come le clip del dotto cistico, che consentono a ogni paziente sottoposto a CL di evitarne le relative complicanze e ottenere un risultato post-operatorio ottimale.

This program defines PJI and explains its incidence, pathogenesis, risk factors, clinical consequences, and financial costs. The implications of biofilm formation for the diagnosis and treatment of PJI are discussed.
