Maria Raffucci-Cooper

Maria Raffucci-Cooper, BSN, RN, is the Clinical Director of the Cardiovascular Operating Room at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. A leader in advancing clinical excellence, Maria is passionate about team development and fostering a positive OR culture. Her leadership is integral to the department's cultural transformation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and staff collaboration. Maria is also a dedicated Boy Scouts of America volunteer, leading youth leadership courses.
