Ben Marthey

Ben Marthey, RN, BA, BSN, CRNFA, CNOR, is a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant in Cardiac Surgery at Cleveland Clinic and an innovative leader in surgical education. As the Lead Educator for his department, Ben has pioneered the use of simulation training to onboard and develop surgical skills for new hires and regional hospital staff. His expertise in leveraging simulation has been instrumental in enhancing the proficiency and confidence of surgical teams.
