Submit your team’s accomplishments for industry-wide recognition today.
Have you or your team done something amazing at your facility or for your patients that you’d like to crow about? Would you like to achieve industry recognition for your team’s accomplishments, efforts, research and practice-changing ideas?
Good news: That’s what Outpatient Surgery Magazine’s OR Excellence Awards are all about. We’re looking to recognize the best of the best in outpatient surgery, no matter if you work for or operate an ASC or an HOPD.
Even better: Submissions for the 2025 OR Excellence Awards are now open! While the closing date for submissions is currently months away, we want to get on your radar early this year to give you time to prepare and submit your facility’s great work for this prestigious, long-running annual award — now in its 17th year.
There are eight categories from which you can choose to enter. Feel free to enter for an award in one category, all eight, or any amount in between! The categories are:
- Patient Safety and Quality
- Patient Satisfaction and Experience
- Infection Prevention and Control
- Employee Engagement and Safety
- Pain Management
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Financial Management
- Environmental Sustainability
To enter the 2025 OR Excellence Awards, simply click here for the entry form. If today isn’t a good day to enter, bookmark the landing page so your facility can enter when ready in the months ahead.
And that’s not all. This year, for the first time, Outpatient Surgery Magazine will honor the winners of last year’s awards at the 2025 AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo in Boston. If you’ll be at the conference, you’re invited to attend the OR Excellence Awards ceremony. Information on the ceremony’s day, time and location will be available at https://www.aorn.org/surgical-expo soon!
In addition to the awards, this event will provide a great opportunity to network with your peers in ambulatory surgery. It’s also a convenient place to meet the editors of Outpatient Surgery Magazine, who would love to hear what’s on your mind, areas of coverage you’d like to see, Ideas That Work you may have, and articles you would like to submit for possible publication. We hope to see you there! OSM
