Randall L. Heiser, AB, MAE

Randy Heiser – who has specialized in perioperative consulting since 1992 – currently serves as the President of Sullivan Healthcare Consulting, LLC. During his career, he has directed more than 1,800 surgery department operational improvement studies in programs ranging from small community hospitals and freestanding surgery centers to some of the largest university hospitals in the country.

He was instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of the Surgery Benchmark Program (which has been used by more than 280 hospitals) and has also helped design several proprietary surgery scheduling information systems currently available in North America.

Heiser often speaks at national and regional events focused on surgery.
