Michelle Lemmons has more than 10 years of healthcare experience, including more than two years as an OR nurse at the University of Minnesota. She has worked in nearly every aspect of the patient experience, including admissions, surgery, acute care, and post-acute care. In 2020, Lemmons became the OR clinical educator for Key Surgical, a Steris company, and in 2022 transitioned into a training manager for surgical solutions.

She plays an active role in the surgical industry by working with perioperative professionals to share, develop, and implement best practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare-associated infections as well as participating in speaking engagements around the United States.
