Lori Armstrong, DNP, RN, NEA

For more than 25 years, Dr. Lori Armstrong has held executive level and senior leadership roles at hospitals that include: Kaiser Permanente, New York Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, and Standford Children's Hospital. 

She currently serves as the CEO and chief clinical officer at Inspire Nurse Leaders, which specializes in educating and growing nurse leaders to help them achieve great outcomes for their patients, teams, and themselves. Most recently, Dr. Armstrong created the IMPACT Group Coaching Program and the On-Demand Nurse Leader Academy. Both are designed to help leaders achieve top decile performance.

She also serves on several national boards and has received multiple awards including the Silicon Valley Woman of Distinction and the Jennifer L. Howse Leadership Award. Academically, Dr. Armstrong received her Doctor of Nursing practice in executive leadership at Drexel University, and she is also a graduate of Harvard's' Executive Leadership Program.
