Payment Options and Discounts
Group Rates (3 or More)
AORN offers discounted registration rates for groups registering three or more individuals at the same time for the conference pass. Each individual in the group will receive $40 off the conference pass.
Military Members (Active Duty and Veterans)
Receive $50 off the Full Conference and Leadership Summit registrations.
Book Now, Pay Later. Split your cost of registration into affordable, equal monthly payments. Register early to secure the lowest monthly rates. Full payment will be due by April 1, 2025.
We know that plans change. That’s why we want to assure you that you can register with minimal risk. All cancellation requests received before April 4, 2025 will receive a full refund.
If you booked your hotel within the Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2025 hotel block through MCI | USA Housing, you will not be subject to a cancellation penalty so long as you cancel your reservation 72 hours in advance.How to Register
