While collecting data is a worthwhile endeavor, the ability to analyze that data and use the results to make informed, evidence-based changes in clinical and operational strategies is the next level — and could ultimately lead to competitive advantages. If they haven’t already done so, leaders should get their hands around their data now because the amount of data that will be generated is only going to increase going forward.
