Make an Impact With Small Moves

Share:

Improvements in both workflow and staff attitudes are part of a leader’s responsibilities, but your interventions in these areas don’t need to be major to make an impact. Think about small steps — even micro-events like “surprise donuts” — that will help your group mix up their week. Small moves in changing the work environment can make a big difference in staff morale. Reflect on what would improve the work experience for everyone. You might be surprised how many small steps you can come up with if you try — and also be surprised by how those small steps can add up over time to transform your culture and workflow.

A great leader makes improvements for the team one step at a time.
