While we remain confident that Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2022 will be held as planned, we understand that COVID-19 is impacting travel plans around the world. We want to assure you that you can register with minimal risk. All cancellation requests received by March 18 will receive a full refund.

Expo hotels require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. Hotel deposits will be refunded in full for cancellations received at least 72 hours in advance of arrival date. All cancellations should be requested through AORN/MCI Housing until March 10, 2022, using the Modify/Cancel Reservation tool at User Login (mcisemi.com) or by calling MCI Housing at (888) 266-7644. Beginning March 11, 2022 please contact the hotel directly.

COVID-19 Update
