  3. Surveillance: Data Collection & Analysis
  4. Infection Prevention Strategies
  5. Instrument/Equipment Cleaning, Disinfection, and Sterilization

Course attendees will:

  1. Assess current knowledge of infection prevention in the ambulatory surgery setting.
  2. Review evidence-based principles and practices related to infection prevention and control.
  3. Enhance critical thinking skills related to perioperative infection prevention.
