Corporate Support and AdvaMed
AdvaMed Guidelines make specific allowance for 3rd party educational conferences such as the AORN Congress:
- Conference Grants: Companies may provide a grant to the conference sponsor (AORN) to reduce conference costs.
- Conference Meals & Refreshments: Companies may provide funding to the conference sponsor (AORN) to support the provision of meals and refreshments to conference attendees.
- Faculty Expenses: Companies may make grants to conference sponsors for reasonable honoraria, travel, lodging, and modest meals for Health Care Professionals who are bona fide conference faculty members.
